ARS and Precision Sampling Form National Alliance
ARS Technologies and Precision Sampling Incorporated (Precision) of Richmond, California will market and distribute each other's products and services through a National business alliance beginning in 2003.
Precision Sampling is an innovative Environmental Service Company focused on Site Evaluation and Remediation Services. Precision currently has 40 employees and 18 drilling rigs that work from offices in Florida, North Carolina and California. It was founded in 1990 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly traded Conor Pacific (symbol - CPA). As a pioneer in developing the direct-push drilling method commonly used today, Precision remains an innovative leader in this area and is active in Auger and Sonic Drilling Services.
The business alliance with Precision allows ARS to fully integrate its injection technologies with drilling operations, thereby creating a seamless, cost effective application process for our patented products and services.
Many of ARS' current applications already require or would benefit greatly from the advanced Direct-Push, Auger and Sonic Drilling capabilities offered by Precision.
